Why I still can’t make call after payment method has been updated

My mobile stopped working because credit card expired. After that I have updated payment method with new credit card, but my cell phone is still not working

    I believe you have to wait for 24 hours for the payment to be retried, once the payment is successful you should have your service restored.

    Is it working now or do you have to contact Fizz support?
