Received an empty SIM package in the mail. I am racking my brain trying to figure out what happened.

Package was sealed. No SIM. No activation code either; the field is blank. So I paid $5 for activation instructions and the SIM tool.

You’ll have to contact them I guess...

Hmm.. haha.. probably a packaging error.. try contacting the support with the picture you took, I guess they should send a new one free of charge.

Yeah, they are sending a new one. After this baffling incident, my confidence in online shopping has taken a major hit. I was hoping to buy it from a physical store. That way I can open it up right there to see what is inside :D But no such luck.

Lucky you. You should buy 649 for tonight.

I had ordered 2 sims and one of the was loose in the package, the glue is not that great. Yours must have slipped out before it was even shipped. Thankfully they are getting a replacement out to you. Don’t lose confidence in online shopping altogether, it was just bad luck on this one. Overall I have been very satisfied with Fizz.
