Put your phone in airplaine mode for a minute. Bring it back to see if it s working. Good luck !3

Gatineau/Ottawa works fine. Try to reboot phone and turn airplane mode on and off.3

Incoming SMS has been down for me since Friday, late afternoon in Montreal. Can make and receive calls, and my texts get to where they're supposed to, but nothing comes in. Yes; all the things that can be tried have been tried.
This happened to me when I first subscribed to Fizz in early January and tech support pretty much just ignored me. Then one day texts came in again. Likely this time I will leave Fizz. 10% savings doesn't seem like much compensation for not being able to know when someone is trying to reach me.3 -

I assume if Maurizio is talking about people not being able to reach him that it must be a mobile issue.
Just because the entire network isn't experiencing something does not at all indicate there are no problems anywhere within the network.2 -

I just wanted to make sure it is mobile issue and not internet.
OP says he cannot be reached, but did not mention whether it was by phone call, text or email.
I assume Maurizio has no mobile service at all on his phone. I suggest to start with the following:
- Check your account online to ensure your line is still active. Sometimes a glitch or billnig issue may suspend your service.
- Check your phone. Are you connected to Fizz network? If not, perhaps the SIM needs to be inserted or it is defective and needs to be replaced
- Also if you let us know which area you reside in, others nearby can let you know if they have service or similar issue.
Otherwise I hope Fizz customer service will be able to help you.5 -
