I activated my sim and chose a data plan only but nothing works... I tried resending notifications but nothing. Is it my phone (samsung S5)?

Did you transfer the number?
Which model of S5?
When did you activate the plan?
Did you try to reboot the phone?5 -
Did you check compatibility of the phone with Fizz’s network?
How long since you activated the SIM card? It took a little more than 3 hours before I had service after activating.3 -

It is possible that the only compatible phone with fizz network will be only the CO phone. This way there will be no outages and all customers will be happy2
