    The SIM is 5+TX with the shipment, therefore, we can say is free since the 5$ are to cover the shipment.
    The activation is free.


    If you need a reference number in order to have 25$ reward, after the second invoice, this is mine K61CD, it should be inserted when the total with taxes is shown, it can be insert only at that time.

    The activation is free, the SIM card you need to pay $5

    @ Maurice,
    I guess at some point, Fizz should make it free or provide a $5 credit once the sim card is activated if they want to get more customers. Other competitors offer special free sim cards.
    But for now you have to pay $5.

    sim card cost 5,75 (tx incl.) and no activation fees
