You'll have to contact Fizz customer service directly to get them to fix this problem.
.
How to contact us
Do it yourself. Be in control. Fizz is designed so members can help themselves and each other without having to wait. That’s why we created some useful tools to help you manage your service, your way.

it is best if you contact them directly6

I'm pretty sure your number hasn't been properly transferred, meaning you can make calls and send texts but you can't receive them, if you have your old sim card you can pop it in and test if you still receive calls on it, you should contact the support team and have you account number from your old provider so that they can finalize the transfer.6

It is not normal, you should contact Fizz5

For me it took like a day to get it up and running. But the service is fine right now so try calling them and ask what's up5

As mentioned above, best solution is to contact Fizz.
If, however, you did the same thing I did and did NOT select any options to make/receive calls, that may explain everything. I had originally only taken data and unlimited messaging, which made it impossible to make or receive calls. I bought 60 minutes and solved the problem.
If you did add minute to your plan, then kindly ignore this.4 -
these Hack 3g cell phone companies are a joke.
