why the activation page is always blank?

I want to activate my sim card, yesterday I did it, but after the payment page, always shows a blank page, no any notice to tell me whether I activated it successfully, I also did not received any sms. This morning, I want to activate it again, but the activation page always is a blank, and I cannot do any action.

Yes, I tried 3 browsers, still blank2

Any news from Fizz customer service?
If you are willing to try again, clear your cookies/cache and try on PC with browser in incognito mode.

Clear your browser's history and retry, if you are using chrome go to the top right of the screen, press on the 3 dots, go to history and click on the history on the left or simply press CTRL+H, and then clear all history, be warned this will also remove all known passwords from the browser.
Close Chrome and retry. Let me know if it worked.2 -
You should contact Fizz. Do you have an ad-blocker ? If yes try to desactivate them2

i finally changed a credit card, it works then.
so it might be the problem of browser caching or something.3 -
Clear your browser cache and browsing data and close the browser and restart it again. Pretty sure it will work, otherwise contact Fizz through Messenger or contact form.0
