Still cant receive calls?

I bought this service a week ago and still can't use it! I talked to support they said we moved it to technical and never heard of it again! I feel scammed. I use my phone for work and switched to this to try out the new provider and they don't even provide. So what is going on? And yes I know there was an outage but are you telling me that everyone has not been able to use their phone for a week? 10 percent off on the next month for it? So you want me to pay more for a product I haven't recieved? Someone help.
