. please tell me y my phone dose not work yet it a samsung s 4 Because i still have my fido phone working and fizz it still have no line working yet. So I see you did not cancel the phone from fido so went will it be done please call me on my cell 514xxxxxxxxx

Mostly likely the transfer was not successful. If transfer is not successful, fizz will send you an email to ask you to redo it again.3

Usually you should receive an email confirmation within 3-5 hours to let you know about the status of your port.
If the porting failed, you’ll have the possibility to either retry it or contact their support team through a form.1
