after yesterday's problem i have no access to my mobile data

Can you try to enable the airplane mode and disable?3

Yesterday after the outage, even though I rebooted my phone data only worked again after I turned airplane mode on and off, 3G appeared then LTE2

I am experiencing the same situation. I tried all options - wi-fi off, airplane mode on and then off. Restart. Still cannot use mobile data.0

From the panel My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited)3 -
It looks like we have these options
- on phone, enable airplane mode and then disable
- reboot phone
- recheck or reset APN settings
- check online account status
- enable roaming and manually select FIZZ EXT network
If no other options, then need to contact Fizz

As Fizz said, try going on airplane mode or restart your phone. It should work fine afterwards.0
