Any news on the compensation being offered for today’s outage?

    Let's let them fix the outage first. The network is still not at 100%.

    We don't know, but the last one, they gave me 2 gb of bonus data.

    Nothing yet but I would hope it won't be data again. I think a few $$ would be more appropriate this time

    This isn't even a beta-quality service. Fizz works 6 days a week.

    Good question, but how will you use it if the mobile network is not available? :)
    P.S. Perhaps they should add a compensation plan to each wireless plan. :)

    They have to improve network stability and convince us it is reliable, then we can help rebuild the customer base.

    So something like free Sim card and free 2 months service for new activations for every mobile customer affected?

    Service is back but still no comment has been made on Fizz’s part on a compensation.
