Fizz just went crying to Mommy Videotron?

My phone just connected to Videotron instead of Fizz. Voice is working.. but not data.
Why did they not do this before??

    and now back to Fizz, but still no data.

    Mine went back and forth between V and Fizz a few more times. Then I turned Airplane mode on-off, and now it is on Fizz and 4G
    Edit:
    And back to Videotron with no data! After airplane mode, it conencts to Fizz, but does not stay for long.

    My point is that Videotron should take Fizz back to beta mode.
    You do not want to have the reputation of a glitchy company on the market.

    They should just switch people over to Videotron in a case like this. Once the issue is fixed bring them back on Fizz and people will never notice the difference

    The reason why it showed you Videotron is that Fizz SIM card are programmed to connect to 302-500 which is the MCC-MNC for Videotron/Fizz as they share the same network. It just translate Videotron to Fizz on the carrier name setting on your SIM card.
