Incoming calls keeps being disconnected after 2 minutes, what do I do?

I have unlimited in-province calls, and received a call today from my vet - kind of important, what with my cat being sick - and she had limited time to talk, and after about 1 minute in the call I hear a loud * beep beep beep *. Then a minute later, the call just dropped for no reason. I had decent signal. On Fizz (not Fizz Ext.). I tried rebooting the phone and reselecting the network and it still happens. She called back 3 times then had to go...
This is really frustrating. The service is not "back up". It's barely working.
Where do we have to go to complain that they actually do something about this? This is really getting frustrating!

Same issue here. 3 beeps heard only on my side of conversation and then a minute before 3 more beeps and disconnection. Happened at around 12pm5

I was just about to write the same thing. 3 beeps and call drops. This issue is an old one that hasn't happened to me since last fall. I think it's back again because of yesterday's service outage. Hopefully it will be fixed quickly.5

Service seems to drop after 2 mins for me in Montreal ...
But I get only 1 beep before it drops.6 -

Dropped call problem is fixed (for me). Since yesterday evening.
I hope for everyone else too.5 -
The problem went away around noon yesterday. I was able to be on a call for more than 5 minutes then, and have only received several very short calls since, though, so I can't say if it's holding up.5

Same problem here! It started yesterday at around lunchtime. The person has to call me back three times in a row, as my call kept dropping after giving me three loud beeps.
Just got to test whether Fizz service was back on, and it did the same again! 3 beeps after 1-ish minute of conversation and, the call drops.
Thought originally it was a phone issue, but it seems to be network related. For info, I'm in Ottawa and on Android.5
