no service from 9 am and this is the second time in less than month what's going on

It started at 8:30. They first said that is cause our phones were in airplane mode. 1h after only, they realize something is wrong and put a message on "Status of our services" https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services

Bell really wants me back so I'll just do that, it's expensive but at least it works...1

This is the 2nd outage in 8 days.
Every time there is an outage, people are leaving the company.
If Fizz wants to be a serious player, I think they need to go back to the beta phase and take the time to fully test their system.2 -
