Second time this week service is down. Why would i continue with this company.

    Let me clarify for Irene who has nothing better to do. Lost service 2 times in the past 7 days. Wanna double check that irene. 26 to the 2 is how many days lets wait for it. Go irene now you can shine! Garabage service fizz.

    What I dont understand is that given they are using Videotron's existing network ( and expertise)... how can they mess this up so bad?!
