From 9am is my mobile service dead. And I have a phone interview today..... Thanks Fizz, how will you lose your customers?

Lucky mobile sounds more reliable atm. The outages are one thing, the lack of customer support / explanation is another. I wish they were more transparent with us in what the issue is1
