beta service ongoing ?

client since 2 weeks. experienced one massive outage few days ago.
today another unexpected outage....fizz is still a beta pproduct.
well, Bell introduced Lucky Mobile which is a clone of Fizz
difference ? very reliable. a friend switched recently and works great!
basically Lucky Mobile matches Fizz in pricing. go find out

    Their plans are not very competitive (their 8GB is more than Fizz 12GB)

    The network is down.
    Fizz is investigating.
    Fizz should still be in beta mode but Videotron rushed it live.
    Not enough testing was done.

    Hi there,
    I hope another company isn't sabotaging your services but it will be nice to be informed about the reasons for those major interruptions, you need to have a backup at least; as it is not permitted to leave your customers out of touch because emergencies can happen and we are left with no other option. Giving free data is not really compensating the lack of basic service.

    Even if they would match the price, we're talking about 3G speeds. I'm not going back in time 10 years.
    Too bad Videotron lets Fizz struggle like this.
    Fido WinBack Team just gave me a 25% off a BYOD plan of my choice for the next two years, which brings their 6GB plan to $35, what I'm paying right now with Fizz for 4GB.

    what the point of cheap deal if service absent of unreliable ??
    price matters more than service ?
    go figure: one day u have a meal on table, the next day..too bad nothing. go hungry ..
