c'est ma 1ère journée avec eux, c'est très décevant, est ce que les pannes sont fréquentes ? Est-ce qu'ils offrent des remboursements dans de tel cas ?2

I feel the same way but the reviews did say that theres still issues with fizz.2

I'm surprised CRTC is still allowing them to operate with the number of outages within a short time period.3

I'm surprised that many of you aren't aware that FIZZ is still in start-up mode and that outages are part of the process of establishing the network. There are literally hundreds of possible issues that could be happening. There's a reason why you have a cheap plan. If you don't want outages, go back to one of the major players. The CRTC won't do a damn thing since again it's a startup with a brand new infrastructure in place and we are the GUINEA pigs in all of this so that they can set up their network accordingly.0
