    No service in Ottawa.
    I have bookmarked their network status page now. Seems like it will come in handy.. :(

    They should extend the BETA period... well past April 2019. I mean give yourself a "0 incident record for 3 months" before ending the BETA. I think that is fair.

    No service in Montreal too - April 2nd, 9AM.
    I have 3 lines, and all 3 are down!
    This is unacceptable. 4th outage in less than 2 weeks.
    Fizz has great ideas, but the implementation is not acceptable.
    I will need to move back all my 3 lines to Fido unfortunately : (

    Totally agree - ridiculous - no service since I woke up this morning - no important phone calls can come in or go out ( Montréal city)

    I would not mind if this has been caused by the deployment of better serices such as VoLTE. We should be informed about the cause of disruption! Otherwise, it is really upsetting. I referred my co-worker about two weeks ago and she signed up yesterday; she was waiting to get closer to the launch date so as to avoid this situation (similar to the one we had about a week ago). I feel somewhat embarrassed for having referred to her.

    My husband started a new job today and flew to Toronto and couldn’t call an Uber and his boss is suppose to call him to pick him up from hotel. Talk about stressful day for him and awkward telling boss my phone isn’t working
