"Not registered on network" issue AGAIN...anyone else?

As of 5 minutes ago (9:45am, montreal), I get the "not registered on network" error message when trying to make a call (same issue we got on march 25th).
I tried all the obvious steps like rebooting phone, re inserting sim card, etc.
Anyone else has this?
This is getting ridiculous. Stirke 2 Fizz.

Same here in Mt Royal. Their latest update :
April 2, 2019 9:40 a.m. - We noticed some instabilities on our network, which would explain why some members cannot use their services. We're currently investigating to pinpoint the cause as soon as possible.0 -
