Go on this page https://fizz.ca/fr/nous-contacter, if you are not connect login
Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon

Your can also send a message by facebook
https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)FORM
You can also fill a contact form
From the panel My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited)3 -
Just to be sure check that your APN settings are correct, download Fizz apn and reapply them. If your phone is working Data should work.4

Also Just in case, be sure that data is activate in your phone parameters.4

If you are one a iPhone (IOS) , just restart the phone....5

Take out the sim card, restart the phone put back the sim card to try.3
