Sometimes there is a glitch. Enable roaming and try selecting partner network FIZZ EXT

I have the same problem as you. It has been 5 hours now, it shows normal with LTE but no internet. Cannot even google anything.6

Ottawa are 3g and LTE no problem.5

I have a similar problem as well. I'm now in USA region and there is partner carrier services with LTE, but I cannot access the internet.6

Resending the network parameters
You will receive two (2) notifications directly on your phone to configure the Fizz network parameters: one for mobile data, and the other for multimedia messages (MMS). Install these two (2) configurations. If a PIN is required, enter 1234. Wait three (3) minutes and restart your phone.

Everything works fine for me (I am located in Montreal). The OS of your phone are up to date ? If not run the updates. And upgrade APN settings as mentioned by others6

Thank you everyone. I tried to set the network from automatic to “fizz ext” and switched back to automatic then it was solved. Anyone who has the issue can have a try. Maybe really a glitch only.4

One of my friend had exactly same issue like yours. I checked the APN setting, he put the APN to "media.bm". That's not correct. You should use "mobile.bm". We correct it, and everything is fine now.3

Hi, as I am an apple user, im unable to adjust my APN settings and there is no auto update. i have already updated my IOS to the latest software, yet i am unable to see the data. I still have 2.3gb of data left for this month and im overseas, its so frustrating not being able to use my data0
