"No service" message on my phone.

Hi,
I'm getting a "No Service" message on my phone. I'm in College de Rosemont.
Does anyone else have the same problem?
P.S. I would like to know if that is a global or a local issue.

    It's working fine for me. Hopefully not a long term or widespread problem. Today/yesterday wasn't your payment date, was it?

    Try restarting your phone.

    I use IPhone. Mobile network is available now, but I can't make/receive voice call.
    P.S. Something is wrong on side of Fizz.

    If you need to use your phone, try manually selecting your network. Choose FIZZ EXT and allow roaming.
