MMS not working? Able to receive but not send...

I've done all of the correct APN settings, restarted my phone, and sent the setting directly to my own cell. Simply not able to send MMS but can receive them just fine.
Any solutions out there? I think it worked for a bit when I just started with Fizz a month ago, but now just not working despite trying a bunch of options.

I have a Samsung S9 so I don't think I can update carrier settings. My settings are attached below, which do I have to select? They were created automatically by Fizz. I'll reach out to Fizz, unfortunately their chat won't pop up for me but I'll submit a ticket.4

Try to delete the APN take out the sim card, reboot and put back sim card.
