    They have an app for their wifi router (at least on the IOS app store) but so far for mobile customers it’s web based.

    I don't really feel the need for an app.I would like to see instead no traffic count while browsing on Fizz domain.That might be nice.

    I doubt this is a priority for Fizz. For the internet service, they use Hitron's mobile app and rebranded it for Fizz. If they were to have an app for mobile, they would have to build it from scratch.

    @Mike, would be much easier on a mobile, especially to have a look on our account. About this community (for questions/answers), I personally don't think we'll have a mobile app.

    When I was on a mobile the page's render was ok.

    @Mike, for sure. I'm talking about notifications, alerts, etc. But yes, the mobile version works just fine.

    There is an application for home internet https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hitrontech.fizz.wifi Not for mobile though(yet)

    Only internet app, and it can be still buggy and unreliable.

    There is an app for iPhone only they are working on an android app
