Feature Request (Badge Request)?

Fizz should create a badge titled: "I Survived The Great Cellular Outage of March 2019" and distribute is to everyone that was affected.

    Even though it's a great idea, they are giving us free data.

    On March 25, technical issues impacted our mobile services. Everything is now back on track.

    We understand that your mobile services are an important means of communication for you. That is why all Fizz members who were impacted by this outage will receive on April 9, 2019, 2 GB of mobile data per plan in the form of two perks of 1 GB each.

    Your Fizz perks*, offered as part of the My Rewards program, will be in your Fizz account xxxxxxxx, under My Rewards.

    free data is good enough

    I wouldn't say it's "good enough".
    For a service that is no longer in beta, being down for over 12 hours is really, really, really bad.
    But the creation of a "fake" merit badge doesn't cost them anything, same as gifting us that "free" data.
    Also, speaking for myself, with the rollover feature I'm not hurting for data, far from it, so the extra 2GB doesn't do anything for me.
    A commemorative badge would be a little funny.
