Anybody know how to cancel or unsubscribe my Fizz plan?

Anybody know how to cancel or unsubscribe my Fizz plan?, and my payment date is 28 March, and "Change Plan" function in my account has been DISABLED, and there is NO Cancellation function visible in my account page and all sub pages. Any helpful hint welcome, Thank.

while logged in and wait for the chat bubble to appear and chat with an agent.1 -
Mike, I have no "unsubscribe" or cancel function in my account, "Change Plan" seems disabled, when I click on it, the page refresh itself only.1

If you can't change or unsubscribe to your plan, it may be already in the process of been cancelled.
Restart your device/app/browser and try to login into your account again, if it's the same, contact them and ask them the status of your account.

It is also possible the time that allowed you to change/cancel your plan has passed (48 hours before the end of your plan) In that case, you will have to wait for the start of the next cycle on the 28 of march.0

Log into Fizz and click on ‘my plan’ then on ‘unsubscribe’ ...

Official response I Got:
To unsubscribe your plan, you have to access your account, click on My Plans, Manage plan, Unsubscribe but only after this billing cycle will end due the fact that is less than 48h until the new one.
