    It seems that the mobile network is already available.
    P.S. I think is too much that the service was unavailable more than 12 hours.

    Yes. Ottawa. HSPA only, no LTE. Incoming calls not working still.

    Text was working then stopped but is working consistently now in Terrebonne.

    3G works: text, internet, and phone calls in Anjou.
    I wonder if I'd be able to say the same if I were in Toronto or NYC...
