Introductory Pricing in email?

I received an email from Fizz stating my pricing will be $40.20 once my beta period ends. Does this amount include all taxes? I ask because it does not seem to add up correctly. I have 8GB data, unlimited phone calls and unlimited text, Canada-wide.....this should be $39 before tax at Introductory pricing...so where does $40.20 come from?
