it was the worse delivery company who did not leace the package at the right place . I did not find it.

My Profile -> Order History -> See Details
Find the shipping number, in beside follow your shipment,
click on it
If the delivery was flagged as delivered but you did not received it.
- Check that the delivery address is correct
- If the courrier can not correct your delivery Contact fizz

I would contact them through Facebook Messenger but try to give as much information as possible in every message otherwise it may take up to a week to fix this since they are so slow to respond to each message....1

The delivery company is really quick and efficient.
Seems card thief is on the rise. Notify Fizz of the issue, maybe they will block the stolen SIM card.
Make sure someone is available to pick-up future delivery. Could use any address: home, work, family friend, neighbour...
