Why did i not get my 25$ referral bonus yet?

How long have you been waiting? I have a friend that entered my referral code and it was processed the next day (fizz texted me). However, I also gave my referral code to another friend and the process was much longer than I had to contact customer service. Bottom line is to contact fizz if it's too long to process.
