no confirmation email after sim card activation

I activated my sim card, but I didn´t receive any confirmation email. I can´t use the sim card.
My email is correct and I already checked the spam folder.
What should I do?

Have you received a notification in your Fizz account page?
If not, try to contact Fizz by chatting to them.
It might be the delay bug, but contact them to make sure.

Sometimes it takes a little bit longer, if it's unusually long like in your case, you must contact Fizz support.
You can go to your plan, and click on unsubscribe to have the chat bubble appear right away. Please only use this method for emergency purposes only.5 -

It could take up to 2 hours to get completed, depending of the previous carrier1

Half activation.i had same problem yesterday. Ask fizz and they did something and activated my sim.1
