No roaming data in Peterborough?

I traveled from Ottawa to Peterborough and turned on roaming, and I am still not getting any data. Can explain if there are any additional steps?

  If you did not configure APN parameters then you should do it now https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn ( restart your phone )
