Month 2 and my phone plan is not active?

So I'm on my second month with fizz and my plan is not active anymore. I can't find any way to fix it. When I log in it shows the plan I SHOULD have, but it's not letting me use it. I can't make calls or text. I have to keep purchasing data instead of having access to the 8g in my plan. Any suggestions?

If you did not have any issues with your payment, try to disable and re-enable your mobile service to see if it helps5

This is clearly a bug and you must contact Fizz to resolve your issue. Make sure you check your credit card expiry and that you have paid for your month of service. Then, go to your mobile plan's page, click on unsubscribe, and then you should see a chat bubble. Ask your question away !9

Weird ... they are about to go Live and they are still having issues like this?
I woul contact asap... hopefully they can resolve this quickly4
