Why have I lost access to my data, calls, and text when I reactivated my Fizz SIM card?

We ordered a replacement Fizz sim for one we lost. We have received it and activated it but nothing is working - no phone, no data, no text. We tried reentering the activation code but it advises another user has that code. I assume we are the other user. Can you provide other options to resolve the issue. We have rebooted the phone with no success

Did you reactivate your sim card from here https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/plan/manage/simcard-change ?

If not then you might have to contact FIzz . You can chat with Fizz by opening a help page ( exemple https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do )

Your best bet is to contact fizz chat ...1

Did you try using the sim on a different phone ? Did you try using a working sim card on your phone ? Make sure you single out the sim card as the main issue first.
If the new sim card really is the problem, in that case you must contact customer support for further help.
