I noticed in my "SIM Card Status", the "Mobile Network State: Disconnected".
I wonder if that's a problem (and how to solve it).
Everything seems to work fine except for sending mms and I was wondering if this might be related.
I just got conected yesterday.
My phone model is a Galaxy S8.

I think it's because your APN is not configure , on my phone it's say : Connect try this : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn73

I've tried it a couple of times. I clicked on "Resend me the notifications" ... nothing happens, Where should I be receiving these "notifications"?
... I guess that may be part of the problem indeed.
Is there another way to access these APN?65 -
If you follow the link given by jean-maxime, it will explain to you how to manually configure your apn settings.65

Please sent a picture of you APN settings, we might find the issue like this. Should be the APN settings...62

Here's my APN settings.
I did it manually.
Thanks for the help.61 -
Have you tried to disable and re-enable mobile service to see if the status changed61

Yes I tried. Mobile Network State still says "Disconnected"60

Are you currently connected to wifi when you are looking at your SIM status? The disconnected state is normal under those circumstances. Turn off wifi and you should see the connected state.
Are you able to send MMS? receive MMS? Have you tried sending/receiving MMS with wifi off?
