Your internet prices are not very competitive, I was waiting to hook my in-laws to your internet but their current provider is giving them 120Mbps fo $60 it doesn't make sense for them to change... bad
Even with Videotron I can get 400Mbps for $69 (modem and installation included)

Videtron 400mbs actual price is 84.95$.
69$ is a 12 month promotion price.9 -
@MT yes you can have x3 speed with Videotron at $69 for a year, and then just call and get another promotion

I currently have ebox FTTN and ordered fizz beta price to try both services and decide for one, but with those prices I think I'm not going to switch to fizz when the beta price runs out8

Yeah, other companies might you offer a 12 month rebate, but after 12 months you have to renegociate, and possibly pay the full price. I don't like to switch between companies or renegociate all the time... So for some people Fizz will be an absolute bargain, for others not. You are free to chose!5

These are promotion for new clients or/and they are determined by multiple factors. Promotions have an end date and you always need to call to have a better price, or not. Choosing the right Internet provider is always your choice.6

I checked for the 60m with teksavvy and ebox considering that the modem is not included fizz is 2$ cheaper9

There are a lot of cheaper options out there.One of them is offering 50Mb dor 30$ per month. Fizz need to adjust the prices soon I believe.8

I have speed 60 MB’s with Fizz.Download speed ~67Mbs upload~7-8Mbs and ping 56ms5

Fizz 120Mbps price is 75$ with modem

Ebox 120Mbps price is 69.95$ without modem
Modem cost 175$ ; 175 / ( 75 - 69.95) = 35 ; modem cost is paid in 35 months or about 3 years. A modem last about 10 years.

Ebox is still cheaper than Fizz and has a better service8 -
Take easy, people are smart, since there is no contract, once we feel the prices are not comfortable, we will just cancel.

I don't think that Fizz is trying to attract new customers. Beta testers might be enough for the company.2

true. with the current posting price, I doubt that Fizz will get any new internet subscriber. Most of other ISP offer better price and better support. A friend of mine was thinking to switch to Fizz, but after seeing the price, he has decided to switch to CarryTel.3

To be honest, their beta prices are great but I wouldn't touch their regular pricing.
Maybe wait and see if they will have more specials with back to school in September or moving specials in June/july2
