Could be the same bill if you subscribe on the same account. But no rebates to have multi-services, but prices are sow low anyway!3

There is no bill as such. Your credit card will be charged on the date the cycle start. Cycle start on the date of the activation. If you activate on 15 then you'll be charged on the 15 of each month. If both plans were activated on the same day they'll be charged on the same day otherwise it will be charged on its own activation date.2 -
Probably they can give you extra credits7

There will be 2 bills, as each service will have a different activation date, no discounts so far unless you are level 3 and you will get $1 discount5
