Hi. I have two fizz accounts and I registered for internet beta on both accounts by mistake. How do I unsubscribe to one of them ?

Just go to the plan that you want to cancel, and go to manage > unsubscribe and that’s all8

As long as no modem is delivered/installed yet, you can unsubscribe by going to your Fizz account.6

but if you want to cancel services you will need to re activate your account and that will cost you fees because your perdiod is elapsed i suggest to re order a sim card and create a new account4

Go to appointments and canceled it or contact Fizz4

You should contact Fizz. You can do so by opening a help page ( example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn ).
You'll see a bubble chat in 15 seconds

Maybe you don't see the option cause it's still a pending order. Then, maybe try to communicate with Fizz over the chat will be a best solution for you.1

Thanks for all the replies but I do not have the option to cancel it just tells me that i have an appointement on the 22nd of march...What shall i do2
