Why does it say voicemail unavailable?

Ive received a texto saying that ive got a voice mail from 514xxxxx, when i click 1, to acces my voicemail, its says enter your pin/code , i tape my code but then it says theres a problem try later and ive been trying for a long time now. Then i went to my setting to change my voicemail password and it kepps sayin voicemail unavailable. Can someone help please? I need my voicemail and really need to listen that message left , its important. Thanks

It looks like you have Apple's Visual Voicemail, but Fizz does not support it yet.
Try calling the voicemail number: 514-647-0999 as stated here:

Make speed dial 1 point to 514-647-09991
