You need to have a new SIM card to do the transfer. You should create another account and apply a referral code to have the 25$. There is mine if you need one G3G45. After you can cancel your current plan with Fizz.6

In the fifth section they said that if you cancel your services you can give your sim card to a friends! So I think that the answer to your question is : yes you can re-use your sim card.7 -
It's best to get a new sim card. I did this exact same thing today. After you unsubscribe it doesn't delete the old number off the sim right away.5
