Wrong delivery address ?

I can not receive my SIM card, because the delivery company has a wrong address. However I checked what I submitted on Fizz, it is correct . My order number is 6806923426. The APP number shows wrong on the delivery company website .

Reach out to fizz via FB messenger or chat and they will fix the address and send you another SIM card.1
