For international calls- Hong Kong (500 mins), these 500 mins, is it for both calling/ receiving?

Probably for both incoming and outgoing. That's the way most telecoms work for international. Maybe somebody with Fizz international experience will chime in here!5

As long as you're in your coverage zone you can receive calls from callers from anywhere on the world as long as you have calls in your plan or minutes add on or fund on Wallet.
You don't need to buy Hong Kong (500 mins) to receive calls from Hong Kong.

International calls Hong kong (500 mins) allows you to call Hong Kong from your coverage zone.

If your intention is to use it to make call and receive calls when you travel in Hong Kong it will not work.7 -

It's for both incoming and outgoing calls.2 -
To simplify, incoming calls are free as long as you are within your coverage zone. The addon is to cover outgoing calls.3
