How do I contact someone from Fizz?

I can not activate my sim card because when I try to enter my activation number it says that the number is already taken. What do I do? I am not able to contact someone from Fizz either. No conversation bubbles are poping out!

You're active on a help page.
You're within the business hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).

Be sure to enter the correct activation number. For example, it's easy to go wrong between the "O" and the "o" or a "1" an the "I".3
