Yes you can cancel at anytime. There is no long term contract to sign. It's a monthly basis prepay system

You can cancel at any time, but if you go back with Fizz later, you will not be able to get the Launch Price that you had before again. The Launch Price should stop in april. If you get a new plan after this, you will need to pay a little more.

No, you're not tied to a contract. When you have a contract, it's because you are getting reduced upfront price on your phone. You are reimbursing it on a period of 24 months.

As Fizz is a "bring your phone" company, they can't in any ways tie you in a contract.
