SIM card sent 12 days ago, still not delivered

Hi! My order with a SIM was sent out on Feb 22 2019, and I still didn't receive anything in the mail. Money was, of course, deducted from my credit card. I would just like to know where can I contact anyone from Fizz (been looking for the contact/chat option and I cannot find anything that would actually let me talk to a customer service agent). Thanks!

I just want to add that I have found "https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us" but nothing on there, nor any of the links there offer any kind of a chat.3

Effectively this link https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us does not allow a chat bubble . You should try another one like https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do and you''ll see a bubble chat in the next 15 seconds at the bottom right

You will have to contact them, they will likely tell you to order a new one and that they will refund the first (instead of just sending you a new one)3

After 36 hours you can contact them for a refund or a new SIM card , use the help chat on any help page or Facebook Messenger.3
