Does fizz available for Winnipeg or only in quebec

I want to switch to fizz. I compared plans i found this one is cheaper but i want to know if it is available in Winnipeg. Currently it seems that it is only available in Quebec.

  It's Videotron network , Quebec only (Ottawa metro too)

  Don't expect to see Fizz in Winnipeg any time soon. I don't believe Videotron has any intention of growing outside of the Quebec / Ottawa area.
