Cancelled my appointment so I can reschedule with higher speed but now won't let me set up another o

So I changed my mind on the plan I want and there was no option to change it so I just cancelled the appointment thinking I would be able to start over but now it says appointment completed and the plan is still on my page and it wont let me setup a 'second' internet plan. Any help?
