Why is your website design hiding a lot of text?

The look of your site design is very trendy but hides a lot of the useful information. Maybe consider using less special effects. The fade hides body text and you end up losing a lot of information for questions.

Try a different browser...sometimes the templated design may not have the proper compatible CSS to handle various browsers compatibility....or may be simply they dont support your browser :P7

I don't want to have to switch from a preferred 'popular' browser just to read content of a website with "too much design aesthetic"8

I hear ya... but given that they are slowly addressing issues based on priority and that they are a new company trying to cope with the amount of issues from accounting to the service... i wouldnt hold my breath to have website issues fixed quickly...6

If you want to see the entire text then just click on title in bold . Like in this example click on "What are the Fizz network settings (APN)" that would lead you to this https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
.

You viewing the search results which doesn't include all of the text. It's normal behaviour and you need to click on the article of choice and you will be able to see all of the text. It's a UI element that they chose to implement and not a bug.6

By clicking on the link of the article, it's suppose to show you the complete text. Many sites are built llike this, but it might be improved with a "read more" link on the bottom, maybe.4

It's normal behaviour, as you are viewing the search results... at the end you have to click to read the entire text..3
