My Canada wide coverage has stop working, I suddenly now only can call and text Quebec?

I have always had Canada wide coverage since I joined fizz. It still shows on my account as Canada wide coverage, and it used to work. Last week I tried to call a friend in Ontario (I am calling from Montreal) and a recorded voice told me my plan did not cover that. I still receive text messages from other provinces but only Quebec numbers can receive my texts. does anyone else have this problem?

Hi: I, and others have found a similar problem with texts. Haven't tried calling so not sure if this is a problem too. Check out the ongoing discussion here: https://community.fizz.ca/questions/1906444-contacts-outside-local-zone-receiving-texts
